In-Stock Orders
Any in-stock product ships the next business day via USPS 2-Day Priority unless otherwise specified. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
Made to Order & Custom
Made-to-order and custom items typically take 3–4 weeks depending on complexity. I strive to fulfill every order in a timely manner without cutting corners on quality.
Insurance
Items exceeding $499 in value may require a small fee to insure. This protects your order from the moment it leaves the shop.
Returns
In-stock items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the shipping date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned in like-new condition — undamaged and unscratched.
Resizing & Modifications
Requests must be made within 30 days of the sale. Not all items can be resized or modified — reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Final Sales
All custom and gold orders are final sale. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis — if something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
